Are you a passionate Cosmetic Laser, Dermal or Skin Therapist looking for a role where you can focus on delivering exceptional treatments – without the pressure of sales, marketing and administration?
At CMS Laser Therapy you’ll spend your day consulting with clients, creating personalised treatment plans and delivering advanced cosmetic laser and skin treatments, while our dedicated team manages the bookings, reception, marketing and business support.
Hourly rate of pay: $35 to $41 per hour.

Additional Benefits:
Eligible not-for-profit (NFP) and charity employees can access specific Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) caps. General living expenses are capped at $15,900 per FBT year. Additionally, employees can package up to $2,650 for meal entertainment and venue hire, alongside separate caps for superannuation. This provides tax effective savings paying less tax.

About the Role
This is a hands-on treatment role where you’ll use your expertise to provide exceptional client care.
Your day will include:
- Professional consultations and skin assessments.
- Developing personalised treatment plans.
- Delivering advanced cosmetic laser and body contouring treatments.
- Providing pre- and post-treatment advice.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
Treatments may include:
- Tattoo removal
- RF skin tightening
- Fat cavitation
- EMSculpt
- Advanced body contouring
- Other cosmetic laser and skin treatments
About You
You’re passionate about helping clients feel confident and achieve outstanding results.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in cosmetic laser, dermal therapy or advanced skin treatments.
- Confidence conducting consultations and treatment planning.
- Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Current CPR certification and relevant qualifications.
