About the Role
As the Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the centres, lead and develop your team, drive sales growth and ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
Hours: Full Time or Part time (32-38 hours per week)
Our centres operate from 9:00am to 9:00pm, 7 days a week, so flexibility to work a rotating roster, including some evenings and weekends, is required.
About You
You’ll be a positive, organised and motivated leader who enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding customer service.
You will ideally have:
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Strong sales, customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, professional attitude.
- An interest in health and wellness (desirable however not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of both centres.
- Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales and business growth.
- Manage administration, reporting and diary management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
- Manage stock, suppliers and centre presentation.
- Ensure operational, clinical and brand compliance.
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback.
- Support local marketing initiatives.
