Skin Therapist / Beauty Therapist
My Escape Skin Spa
$30 – $40+ per hour (based on experience & qualifications) + Generous Bonuses.
Location: Armadale, Melbourne VIC.
Hours: Part time – minimum 15-20 hours per week.

Your Role with Us
Your days will be varied, enjoyable and fulfilling. Depending on your experience, you may be:
- Performing beautiful, relaxing and results-focused facials.
- Conducting thoughtful skin consultations.
- Creating personalised treatment journeys.
- Performing LED, peels, skin needling, laser hair removal or IPL (if qualified).
- Providing waxing and brow/lash services.
- Recommending homecare that genuinely supports your client’s results.
- We work with respected cosmeceutical brands including Ultraceuticals and Prologic Skincare, and we support you in developing your confidence with advanced treatments over time.

About You
- You are warm, caring and professional.
- You love building relationships and seeing your clients return because they trust you.
- Hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
- Have 2+ years’ experience (experienced beauty therapists encouraged to apply).
- Feel confident recommending retail and working towards achievable targets.
- Understand the importance of KPIs while still delivering heartfelt service.
- Want to build a long-term career – not just fill a column.
- Laser/IPL experience is wonderful, but not essential.
