Laser & Skin Therapist
Australian Skin Clinics Knox City | Full-Time Preferred
Join us as we build Australian Skin Clinics Knox City into one of Victoria’s top five Skin Clinics.
Our newly relocated, large-scale clinic is designed as a premium destination for advanced skin, laser and aesthetic treatments. We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced Laser & Skin Therapist to join our team and play an important role in our long-term growth.

This role is based exclusively at our Knox location, with convenient parking and public transport nearby.
Rate of Pay
$35–$45 per hour + generous bonuses and incentives, depending on experience and qualifications. Remuneration will be discussed at interview.
The Opportunity
We’re ideally seeking a Full-time therapist, although the right Part-time candidate will be considered. Availability across Thursday, Friday and Saturday is important, with potential late-night shifts where appropriate.
Experience in laser and advanced skin/dermal treatments is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is confident in consultations, passionate about client results, commercially minded and motivated to grow their career.
Is This You?
You’re passionate about skin, laser and achieving great client results. You are confident conducting consultations, understanding client goals and recommending personalised treatment pathways.
You also understand the importance of client relationships, retention and contributing to a successful clinic. Most importantly, you’re ambitious and want to develop your skills, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career in aesthetics.
What You’ll Bring:
- Diploma-level qualification in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy or equivalent.
- Experience in laser and advanced skin/dermal treatments strongly preferred.
- Experience with laser and/or IPL technologies.
- Strong understanding of skin science and advanced treatment principles.
- Confidence conducting professional consultations.
- Ability to recommend personalised treatment plans.
- Passion for skin, laser and aesthetics.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets.
- Positive, energetic and professional approach.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Ambition to become a key member of a high-performing team.
- Availability Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
New to Laser?
While existing laser and advanced skin experience is preferred, we are open to an exceptional Beauty or Dermal Therapist with strong foundations, the right attitude and a desire to move into laser and advanced treatments.
For the right person, structured training and development will be provided.
