- Full time – Tuesday to Saturday including one late night
- Min experience: 2 years in a clinical setting
- Above Award base salary (depending on experience) + commission and performance-based incentives

We’re looking for an experienced Skin or Dermal Therapist who combines warmth and exceptional treatment skills with confidence in sales. You enjoy building relationships, take initiative and feel comfortable recommending comprehensive treatment packages when they’re the right fit for your client.

About the Role
You’ll support clients throughout their skin and body treatment journey, from understanding their goals to delivering treatments and celebrating their progress.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently explain the value of a treatment plan, discuss higher-value packages, answer questions and ask for the booking – all while helping clients feel informed and supported.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans and packages.
- Confidently guiding enquiries through to bookings and following up with interested clients.
- Performing advanced, non-invasive skin and body treatments.
- Providing skincare advice and identifying suitable opportunities for additional treatments or ongoing care.
- Taking ownership of your sales and treatment targets, with support from your clinic team.
- Building lasting client relationships and contributing to the smooth running of the clinic.
About You
You’re an energetic, capable therapist who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in both client outcomes and personal achievement. You bring:
- Experience as a Skin or Dermal Therapist in a busy clinical setting.
- A Diploma of Beauty Therapy, with a Bachelor of Dermal Science highly regarded.
- A proven ability to sell treatment packages and achieve sales targets.
- Confidence discussing pricing, addressing client concerns and closing a sale without making clients feel pressured.
- Sound skin knowledge and confidence recommending appropriate skincare.
- Initiative, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and support your teammates.
Experience with radio frequency, ultrasound cavitation, cryolipolysis or HIFU would be highly regarded. A background in health science, nutrition or fitness would also be welcome.
