Your 3-Month R & R Check-In Timeline

Our support is structured around key milestones throughout the first three months, ensuring your nominated team member/s have regular opportunities to connect with our consultants, discuss how they are going and receive ongoing support.

Week 1 – Initial Check-In

Our first check-in focuses on how your team member is settling into their role, their initial experience, wellbeing, engagement and any early questions or concerns.

End of Week 4 – First Progress Review

We reconnect to review how the first month has progressed, discuss their experience, identify any challenges and provide relevant feedback and recommendations.

End of Week 8 – Second Progress Review

A further one-to-one check-in to assess ongoing wellbeing, engagement, performance and overall integration within the team and business.

End of Week 12 – Final 3-Month Review

Our final check-in provides an opportunity to reflect on the first three months, celebrate progress, identify any ongoing opportunities and ensure the team member is positioned for continued success.

That’s four dedicated check-ins across the first 90 days, providing consistent support at the times when it matters most.
