Are you an experienced Senior Hairdresser looking for an exciting new opportunity where you can help shape a salon from day one?
At Unique Hair, we’re preparing to open the doors to our beautiful brand-new salon in Glenwood, north of the river, and we’re looking for a passionate, talented and motivated Senior Hairdresser to become a valued member of our founding team.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of an exciting new beginning, work alongside a supportive salon owner, build a loyal clientele from the ground up, and grow your career in a positive, professional and welcoming environment.
Remuneration:
- From $40 per hour, depending on your experience and skills (to be discussed during the interview process).
- Superannuation.
- Very generous performance bonuses and commission structure.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and takes pride in their work.
You are:
- Fully qualified hairdresser.
- Confident in ladies’ and men’s cutting, colouring and styling skills.
- Present yourself professionally and take pride in your appearance.
- Have good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, reliable and a true team player.
- Passionate about building lasting relationships with clients.
- Have a positive attitude and enthusiasm to our new salon.
