🌟 Front of House Reception Coordinator – Part-Time

Orb Hair Beauty Brisbane is looking for a warm, organised individual to be the face and heartbeat of our salon – and we’re open to Uni students, people with customer service experience, or ex-Hairdressers who love the salon world. Full training will be provided for the right person with the right energy!
$30-$45 per hour for the right person, depending on experience and will be discussed at the time of interview.
Hours: Initially this is a Casual position, leading to Part time or Full time hours.

- You’re available on Saturdays (non-negotiable).
- Salon experience is a bonus (especially ex-Hairdressers), but not a must – we’ll train you if you’ve got the right attitude!
Your Day-to-Day
As our Front of House Reception Coordinator, you’ll:
📞 Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism.
📅 Manage bookings, appointments and client records.
📱 Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries.
💬 Share our salon services and products with guests.
📍 Keep the front desk and waiting area warm welcoming engaging.
This role is all about exceptional first impressions and outstanding guest service!
