BEAUTY THERAPIST & LASER SPECIALIST

Full-time, Part-time or Casual • $36–$39 per hour • No Sunday work

At The Beauty Tribe, we’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Beauty Therapist who genuinely enjoys laser hair removal and takes pride in delivering exceptional results and client care. We’re equally excited to meet someone who loves the variety of hands-on beauty treatments and building long-term client relationships.
The Role
- Perform professional laser hair removal treatments with confidence, care and a strong focus on safety and client results.
- Deliver beautiful brow services, including shaping, waxing, tinting and, where experienced, brow lamination.
- Provide lash treatments, including lash lifts and tinting.
- Carry out facial and body waxing, with Brazilian waxing experience highly valued.
- Offer professional spray tanning and personalised aftercare advice.
- Build trust with clients, recommend suitable treatments and homecare, and help create an outstanding salon experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience performing laser hair removal treatments and a genuine passion for this service.
- Beauty therapy experience across waxing, brows, lashes and spray tanning.
- Relevant beauty therapy qualifications and appropriate laser safety training/certification.
- A warm, professional manner, attention to detail and commitment to excellent client care.
- A positive team attitude and enthusiasm for learning and developing your skills.
- Ability to work some Saturdays and Wednesday/Thursday late shifts, depending on the agreed roster.
