About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Stylist to take ownership of their column and build a loyal clientele within a professional, polished and inspiring environment.
You’ll work with clients who value quality, consistency and a personalised salon experience, while contributing to a positive and professional team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring and styling services.
- Work confidently with Keune professional products.
- Provide every client with a premium and consistent salon experience.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Manage a busy column efficiently and professionally.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive salon culture.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques and products.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
- Conduct professional client consultations, assess hair condition and recommend appropriate services and professional products.
- Deliver a range of advanced hairdressing treatments in addition to cutting, colouring and styling.
- Comply with workplace health and safety requirements, salon policies and procedures.
- Support and contribute to the development of the wider salon team.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Stylist who:
- Is confident managing a busy column.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Is driven, reliable and solutions-focused.
- Is passionate about hairdressing and committed to ongoing professional development.
- Values quality professional products and delivering outstanding results.
- Relevant Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV. Alternatively, at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience as a qualified Hairdresser.
- Demonstrated technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
- Strong client service and communication skills.

- Competitive salary. Salary range $63,000 – $78,000 depending on experience.
