Senior Hairdresser / Salon Coordinator
Honey Hive Salons, Warriewood, Sydney NSW (26 kms northeast of Sydney CBD).
Full Time or Part Time | $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience

Honey Hive Salons is looking for an experienced, fully qualified Senior Hairdresser / Salon Coordinator to join our warm, talented and supportive team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves both hairdressing and creating an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a confident, polished and personable professional who can work on the salon floor while also taking responsibility for the smooth running of our front desk.
We are a colour specialist salon located in beautiful Warriewood on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, with a luxurious salon environment, a loyal clientele and a team culture built around collaboration, support and enjoyment.
ABOUT THE ROLE/S
We are seeking a Senior Hairdresser who is available Full time or Part time, as well as a Salon Coordinator who is available 3–5 days per week.
The Salon Coordinator position is ideally suited to a Fully Qualified Hairdresser who enjoys a combination of client-facing salon work and organisation/administration.
As Salon Coordinator, your role will include:
- Meeting and warmly greeting our guests, both in person and over the phone.
- Managing the front desk and ensuring the salon runs smoothly.
- Taking and managing appointments and bookings.
- Answering phone calls and assisting with guest enquiries.
- Providing an exceptional and personalised guest experience.
- Managing the salon diary and helping to maximise appointment opportunities.
- Assisting our team with the day-to-day flow of the salon.
- Working on the salon floor and assisting with hairdressing when we are busy.
- Supporting the team wherever needed to ensure our guests receive an outstanding experience.
For this reason, you must be a Fully Qualified Hairdresser to be considered for the Salon Coordinator position.
For the Senior Hairdresser position, we are looking for someone confident in their technical ability, passionate about their craft and committed to providing beautiful results and exceptional client care.
HOURS & REMUNERATION
- Senior Hairdresser: Full time or Part time.
- Salon Coordinator: 3–5 days per week.
- $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
- Remuneration will be discussed further at the time of interview.
- Additional bonus opportunities available.
We are happy to discuss flexibility around working days and hours with the right person.
