The Role
As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic while leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
You will ensure exceptional client experiences, drive team success, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to the ongoing growth and profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, motivate and inspire a team of therapists to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive, professional and supportive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Mentor and develop team members to maximise performance and career growth.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff retention initiatives.
- Manage team rosters and ensure appropriate clinic coverage.
Operations & Business Performance:
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
- Monitor and drive clinic KPIs, productivity and profitability.
- Manage operational systems, policies and procedures.
- Ensure the clinic consistently delivers exceptional service standards.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and industry regulations.
- Manage stock control, ordering and inventory systems.
Client Experience & Relationship Management:
- Ensure every client receives a premium and personalised experience.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and effectively.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term retention.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional consultation and treatment experiences.
Sales & Business Growth:
- Drive treatment, membership and retail performance.
- Monitor team conversion rates and client retention strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic performance and profitability.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions and business initiatives.
About You:
- Previous management experience within the beauty, skin or aesthetics.
- Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy qualifications.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results and achieve targets.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Experience managing clinic operations, team performance and customer service standards.
- Experience within advanced skin, dermal or aesthetic clinics.
- Knowledge of advanced skin treatments and the aesthetics industry.
