Shine Skin & Body is seeking a passionate and experienced Skin / Dermal Therapist to join our supportive, high-performing team in Richmond.

About You
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma Qualified Beauty Therapist.
- Minimum 3 years’ clinic or salon experience.
- Advanced treatment experience including IPL/Laser (non-hair removal), Skin Needling and Chemical Peels.
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology and skin conditions.
- Excellent communication and client education skills.
Highly Regarded:
- Dermal Therapy qualifications.
- Strong extraction and acne treatment experience.
- Passion for ongoing education and professional development.
- Desire to build a long-term career within advanced skin therapy.
