$32–$42/hr + Performance Bonuses

About the Role
As a Skin Therapist at Peachy, you’ll play an important role in helping clients achieve their best possible skin.
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments while confidently guiding clients through their personalised skin journey.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting comprehensive skin consultations.
- Creating personalised treatment plans.
- Delivering customised, results-focused treatments.
- Educating clients about their skin and treatment options.
- Recommending and supporting effective homecare routines.
- Tracking and contributing to client results.
- Building genuine, long-term client relationships.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of treatment, hygiene and client care.
- Working collaboratively with our team to deliver a consistently premium experience.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who:
- Is genuinely passionate about skin health and advanced treatments.

- Is confident and engaging during consultations.
- Loves educating clients and helping them understand their skin.
- Is committed to delivering consistent, visible outcomes.
- Has a strong eye for detail and exceptionally high standards.

- Is enthusiastic about ongoing education and professional development.
- Takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience from consultation through to results.
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy — minimum.
- 3+ years’ experience in skin-focused treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin health, treatments and expected outcomes.
- Confidence conducting consultations and communicating treatment recommendations.
Your Experience Will Stand Out If You Have:
Experience with any of the following is highly regarded:
- Circadia, skin needling, IPL, Plasma fibroblast.
