About The Facial Hub
The Facial Hub is a boutique facial studio in Ascot specialising in sculpting-focused treatments and long-term skin health. We’re a small, busy team with loyal clients who’ve been with us for years.
Our philosophy is simple: the skin reflects the whole system, not just what’s happening on the surface. We combine Western precision with Eastern influence, and our signature treatments bring together sculpting facial techniques, sauna and cold plunge, and advanced skin support.
The Role
You’ll be on the floor treating clients and getting to know them over years rather than visits.
- Relaxing facials. Our main focus, and what most of our clients come back for. Hands-on facial massage is the heart of these treatments.
- Advanced facials. HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, enzyme and spicule peels, LED, microdermabrasion.
- IPL, spray tan, brows and lashes.
- Rebooking every client and recommending home care. This is part of the treatment, not an add-on.
- Keeping your room, your trolley and the salon well presented.
- Working to your KPIs: rebooking, retail and client intervals.
- If you have experience in Cryo, Advanced facials. HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, enzyme and spicule peels, LED, microdermabrasion this is an advantage otherwise training will be provided.
- Observe skin analysis and consultations, with a treatment plan and home care at the end of every one.

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- A real interest in skin health, not just performing treatments.
- Confidence in consultation and home care recommendation.
- Saturday availability for the Full time and Part time roles.
- Living within a reasonable drive of Ascot.
