Lumea Laser & Skin Clinic is a modern, highly regarded aesthetic clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional cosmetic, skin and laser treatments in a welcoming, professional environment.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, passionate and highly professional Nurse Practitioner with cosmetic injecting experience to join our friendly team.

This position is initially offered on a Part-time, Casual or Contractor basis, with the opportunity for additional hours and the potential to transition into a Permanent Full-time role as our clinic continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Cosmetic Injector, you will:

  • Conduct thorough client consultations and clinical suitability assessments.
  • Develop personalised cosmetic treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and perform non-surgical cosmetic injectable treatments within your professional scope of practice.
  • Obtain informed consent and provide clear information about treatment risks, expected outcomes and aftercare.
  • Identify contraindications and appropriately manage or escalate treatment complications.
  • Deliver exceptional client care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records, prescriptions and clinical notes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all infection-control, hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Build long-term client relationships through education, trust and outstanding results.
  • Work collaboratively with our supportive clinic team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration and endorsement to practise as a Nurse Practitioner in Australia.
  • A minimum of 18 months’ cosmetic injecting experience.
  • Appropriate qualifications, training and experience relevant to cosmetic medicine and injectable treatments.
  • Demonstrated clinical competency in cosmetic injectable treatments.
  • Experience conducting clinical consultations, prescribing and developing treatment plans.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, contraindications, treatment risks and complication management.
  • A genuine passion for cosmetic aesthetics and helping clients achieve natural-looking results.
  • Exceptional consultation and communication skills.
  • A warm, caring and professional manner.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High standards of professionalism, ethics and clinical care.

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience within a cosmetic, skin or laser clinic.
  • Strong skin consultation knowledge.
  • Experience developing clinical protocols and treatment procedures.
  • Current CPR or emergency-response training.
  • Passion for ongoing education and keeping up to date with the latest aesthetic treatments and techniques.

If applying as a Contractor, having or being willing to obtain an ABN and appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance covering cosmetic practice is required.
