About the Role
As a Senior Hairdresser, you’ll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for our clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering beautiful cuts, colours, styling and hair transformations.
- Providing personalised consultations based on each client’s individual needs.
- Recommending products and haircare solutions with confidence and genuine care.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation and professionalism.
- Keeping up to date with current trends, techniques and industry developments.
- Sharing your knowledge and contributing positively to the wider salon team.
About You
We are looking for someone who is experienced, passionate and proud of your career.
You’ll ideally have:
- A Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing.
- Solid salon experience and confidence working independently.
- Strong technical skills across cutting, colouring and styling.
- Good communication and consultation skills.
- A genuine passion for creating beautiful hair and exceptional client experiences.
- A professional, positive and friendly attitude.
- A desire to continue learning and developing your skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
