We have candidates applying RIGHT UP to Christmas Eve (in fact some apply Christmas day)! In fact, in our 13 years of operating, 2024 has been our most successful November month of recruiting staff for our salon owners. We KNOW candidates are still looking NOW!
Candidates are still looking for new jobs now for many reasons.
- moving suburb/state,
- not receiving enough hours at their current work,
- feeling underappreciated at their current workplace (not every salon owner and team is as lovely as you and yours),
- the list goes on!
Right now, we’re successfully placing Senior & Apprentice Hairdressers, Beauty Therapists, Salon Assistants, Nail Technicians, Massage Therapists and Cosmetic Injectors for LOTS of our salon owners across Australia. In the past week, we’ve successfully recruited TEN Beauty Therapists for just one of our salon owners in Queensland!!
So, let’s get on the Christmas sleigh early, and start looking! Plus, we can even expand your job ad criteria to a 2025 start if preferred, so if you can’t fill your role before Christmas, you may secure someone to start in the New Year!
