For those of you who don’t know, I have owned a Dating Agency in the past, as well as a Relationship Agency!
My point is – when you are dating, you don’t just go out without dressing up, wearing perfume or aftershave, and making sure your hair/make up is perfect, and most of us do all of this. Well, hopefully you do a lot more than this, however this is a starting point. And instead of sitting at home and swiping left or right, and hoping for a long term relationship, your chances are pretty slim in finding your next partner, if this is what you are looking for! So, what we do is take a big long look at ourselves and ask the question… “Why would someone want to be in a relationship with me?” and “What can I do to attract the right person into my life, and then if we like each other, what can I put into this relationship to keep this person?!”.
It is EXACTLY the same when looking for your next team member, and then keeping them!
