SenSara beauty + skin has been proudly operating for 11 years in the heart of Coolum Beach and is renowned for delivering personalised, results-driven skin and beauty treatments within a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team and work closely alongside the owner in the day-to-day running of the clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Beauty Therapist who loves skin, enjoys building genuine client relationships, and is ready to step into a role with additional responsibility, leadership opportunities, and career growth.
You will be a confident beauty all-rounder with strong treatment knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through to treatment and aftercare.
Rate of Pay
$34-$51 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and employment type.
Fair Work Level 6 – Above Award Rates:
- Casual Weekdays: $41 – $45 per hour
- Casual Saturdays: $51 per hour
- Full-Time / Part-Time Weekdays: $34 – $35 per hour
- Full-Time / Part-Time Saturdays: $44 – $45 per hour
What You Will Receive:
- Average 35-38 hours per week with flexibility to suit the right person.
- Sundays off every week.
- Only alternate Saturdays required (additional Saturdays only during peak holiday periods or staff leave).
- No Mondays – clinic closed.

About You
You are an experienced Beauty or Skin Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating memorable client experiences.
You take pride in your work, have a professional and positive attitude, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
You are organised, reliable, confident with clients, and excited about continuing to grow your skills within advanced skin treatments.
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Minimum 1–2 years recent salon or clinic experience.
- Strong skills across general beauty treatments, including: Brow shaping and lash tinting, Waxing – facial and body waxing, Advanced facials and peels, Lash lifts and brow lamination, Manicures and pedicures (including Shellac), Spray tanning.
- Genuine passion for skin health and achieving client results.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident computer skills.
- Ability to work independently when required.
Highly Regarded – Experience or knowledge in:
- Skin needling – must hold a completed Certificate.
- Hydra microdermabrasion.
- Dermaplaning.
- IPL/Laser treatments.
- RF skin tightening.
- Fat cavitation and body contouring.
- Advanced results-driven facials.
- Makeup artistry.
- Supervisory experience or previous business ownership.
- Social media/content support.
