SALON MANAGER – BEACHES LASH CO.

$67,000–$75,000 + super | Casual $43–$45 per hour

Are you an experienced beauty professional who loves leading a team, creating exceptional client experiences and delivering beautiful lash and brow results?
Beaches Lash Co. is looking for a warm, confident and organised Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Manly and Newport salons.
This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who enjoys both managing a team and being on the salon floor performing beautiful lash lifts and brow shaping treatments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for:
- Performing lash lifts and brow shaping treatments.
- Leading, supporting and motivating our salon team.
- Managing rosters, workflow and staff performance.
- Maintaining exceptional treatment and customer service standards.
- Managing client enquiries and concerns.
- Monitoring bookings, rebooking, retail and salon targets.
- Training and mentoring team members.
- Managing stock and salon presentation.
- Supporting content, promotions and salon growth.
- Working closely with the owner to improve systems and grow the business.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is trained and experienced in lash lifts and brow shaping.
- Has previous salon management, team leader or senior beauty experience.
- Is warm, professional and confident leading people.
- Is highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Has excellent communication and client service skills.
- Takes genuine pride in treatment quality and client results.
- Wants to contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Experience in brow lamination, tinting, staining or lash extensions is highly regarded.
💰 REMUNERATION & HOURS
Full-Time: $67,000–$75,000 per annum + super, depending on experience.
Casual: $43–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
Minimum 4 days per week required. We offer flexibility with hours, and you won’t need to work every Saturday, although some Saturdays during busy periods will be required.

We also have an exciting opportunity for a talented Lash Extension Artist to join our team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis.
$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
