Elle J Hair is searching for an inspiring and motivated Salon Manager to take the lead in our award-nominated salon on Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches.

For this role, you will not require a background in hairdressing, however if you have experience as a Salon Manager in hairdressing salon, this is an advantage.

- Strong experience in salon management or senior leadership roles.
- A natural ability to lead, motivate and uplift a team.
- Confidence in managing salon operations and supporting staff growth.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A calm, positive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry.
Highly Valued Extras:
- Experience with KPIs, team performance and salon growth.
- Confidence in social media marketing (Instagram & Facebook).
- Canva skills for creating engaging, on-brand content.
- Creativity in promotions and client engagement.
- Experience in social media and Canva.
