City Cave Float & Wellness Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused Centre Manager to lead its Aspley location in Brisbane.

About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the Aspley centre.
You’ll lead, inspire and develop your team while ensuring outstanding customer service, operational excellence and continued business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of running a successful wellness business.
Hours: Full Time or Part Time (32–38 hours per week).
Our centre operates from 9:00am to 9:00pm, seven days a week. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including some evenings and weekends, is essential.
About You
We’re looking for a confident, organised and proactive leader who enjoys working with people and has a genuine passion for customer service.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness or service-based management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, customer service and communication abilities.
- The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a hands-on approach.
- An interest in health, wellness and self-care (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Aspley centre.
- Lead, motivate and support the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive sales, membership growth and overall business performance.
- Manage administration, reporting and appointment diaries.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
- Manage stock levels, suppliers and centre presentation.
- Maintain operational, clinical and brand compliance.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries, feedback and concerns.
- Support local marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Create a welcoming, professional and positive environment for both clients and staff.
