Due to continued growth, Blackwood Hair Lab and Laneway Hair Lab are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdresser to join our professional and supportive team.
This opportunity is ideal for a confident, passionate Hairdresser who can seamlessly step into a busy salon environment, build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results across all aspects of hairdressing.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and competent Hairdresser who is confident in:
- Precision ladies cutting and styling.
- Men’s cutting and barbering services.
- Colouring, foiling and balayage techniques.
- Colour corrections.
- Blow waves and finishing work.
- Client consultations and recommendations.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Building and retaining a loyal client base.

What We Offer
Excellent Earning Potential:
- Casual rate of $38–$45 per hour (based on skills and experience).

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Minimum 10 years’ hairdressing experience.
- Fully qualified Hairdresser.
- Strong technical skills across all aspects of hairdressing.
- Confidence performing both ladies and men’s cutting services.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.
- A team-focused mindset and commitment to salon excellence.
