BIBA Salon
South Yarra, Melbourne VIC
Part Time – 3-4 days per week and Saturdays will be compulsory.
Monday to Friday $30 per hour and $38 per hour on a Saturday.

About the Role
As the face of BIBA Salon South Yarra, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest from the moment they walk through our doors or contact us by phone.
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and looking after our valued guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering incoming phone enquiries confidently and efficiently.
- Managing appointments and coordinating the salon diary.
- Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Processing payments and retail transactions.
- Supporting retail sales and promoting salon services.
- Assisting the team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon.
- Creating a welcoming, organised and professional environment for our clients and team.
- Creating content and social media postings.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in hairdressing and a genuine understanding of the salon industry and client experience.
You will be:
- Professionally presented with a polished appearance.
- Well-spoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, friendly and confident when interacting with clients.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy salon environment.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Reliable, positive and a supportive team member.
Previous experience as a Salon Coordinator, Salon Receptionist or Front-of-House team member within a hairdressing salon will be highly regarded and considered a fantastic bonus.
