We are an award-winning, established beauty salon operating since 2002, known for quality, care, and a loyal long-standing clientele. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Bio Sculpture Nail Technician to join our warm, supportive team, who has some beauty background.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an existing Bio Sculpture clientele and start building relationships immediately in a beautiful, professional salon environment.
Location: Frenchs Forest, Northern Sydney, NSW (approx. 20km north of CBD).
Rate: $30–$35 per hour (depending on experience, discussed at interview).
Hours: Flexible Part-Time or Casual (3–4 days per week).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bio Sculpture gel applications, overlays and removals.
- Natural nail strengthening and maintenance.
- Manicures and pedicures.
- Client consultations and personalised treatment planning.
- Maintaining high hygiene and salon standards.
- Building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Delivering a premium end-to-end client experience.
- Optional beauty services including waxing, tinting, lashes and spray tanning.
About You
You are someone who:
- Has 2+ years’ experience with Bio Sculpture Gel (preferred).
- Is passionate about natural nail health and quality results.
- Has excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Is warm, professional, reliable and client-focused.
- Enjoys building genuine, long-term client relationships.
- Thrives in a supportive, team-based environment.
- Is looking for a long-term salon home.

Essential Requirements:
- Experience as a Nail Technician and/or Beauty Therapist.
- Bio Sculpture experience preferred (refresher course available for the right person).
- Strong manicure and pedicure skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and team mindset.
