Location: Mitchelton QLD. Plenty of parking and public transport nearby.
Permanent Part-Time | $32–$34 per hour + Weekend Rates | Commissions & Bonuses
Experienced Therapists only are welcome to apply. We are not recruiting for Graduate Therapists.

About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Beauty Therapist with a passion for advanced skin treatments, laser and aesthetics?
SILK Laser Clinics Brookside is looking for a confident, skilled and motivated Skin & Laser Therapist to join our established and growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced therapist looking for a stable, rewarding position within a professional, welcoming and supportive clinic.
Experience is essential. We are specifically seeking a therapist with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on salon or clinic experience, strong skin knowledge and confidence in delivering professional treatments.
This is not an entry-level position. We already have a junior therapist within our team and are looking for someone who can bring established industry experience, practical skills and confidence to the role.
About the Position & Roster
- Permanent Part-time position.
- 64.5–74.5 hours per fortnight.
- Set fortnightly roster with guaranteed hours.
- Monday: Optional.
- Tuesday: 9:00am–5:30pm.
- Wednesday: 9:00am–8:00pm.
- Thursday: 9:00am–8:30pm.
- Alternating Saturdays: 9:00am–4:00pm.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or higher).
- Minimum 3 years’ practical salon or clinic experience.
- Strong skin knowledge and experience performing professional skin treatments.
- Strong consultation and client care skills.
- A genuine passion for skin, laser and aesthetics.
- Professional presentation, initiative and a positive team attitude.
Previous laser experience is highly regarded. An Advanced Laser Licence is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.
Treatments & Training
You’ll have the opportunity to work across an exciting range of advanced treatments, including:
- Laser hair removal and advanced laser treatments.
- Skin rejuvenation and pigmentation treatments.
- Microdermabrasion and micro-needling.
- Advanced medi-aesthetic peels.
- LED and O₂ Oxygen Medi-Facials.
- Observ skin analysis.
- Sylfirm RF Needling.
- Professional cosmeceutical skincare.
Comprehensive, fully paid, hands-on training is provided within the clinic to further develop your treatment knowledge and skills.
