Located in Bull Creek, just 20 minutes south of Perth CBD, Mint Concepts Hair & Fashion Boutique has proudly built a reputation for beautiful hair, exceptional service and lasting client relationships.
We’re looking for a talented, experienced Senior Hairdresser who loves their craft, enjoys connecting with clients and wants to work in a welcoming salon where their skills are genuinely valued.
The Opportunity
Join an established boutique salon with a loyal clientele and a supportive team. You’ll enjoy working on the salon floor, delivering exceptional hairdressing services and building lasting relationships with clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality cutting, colouring, colour transformations and styling services.
- Delivering personalised consultations and outstanding client experiences.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintaining high standards of salon presentation, professionalism and service.
- Contributing to a positive, friendly team environment.
- Continuing to develop your skills through education and professional development.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong technical hairdressing skills and experience as a Senior Hairdresser.
- Is confident in cutting, colouring, styling and client consultations.
- Takes pride in delivering beautiful results and exceptional service.
- Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Is reliable, motivated and passionate about their craft.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
