We’re now looking for a talented Senior Hairdresser / Stylist to join our wonderful team and help us continue providing an outstanding salon experience.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced stylist who enjoys building lasting client relationships and takes pride in delivering consistently beautiful work.
You’ll confidently manage your own clientele while supporting the salon’s continued growth and success.
Your day will include:
- Precision cutting, colouring, foiling, balayage and styling.
- Blow waves and finishing services.
- Professional client consultations.
- Recommending home hair care and retail products.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Building long-term client loyalty and encouraging rebooking.
- Assisting with daily salon operations and maintaining high presentation standards.
- Helping create a positive, collaborative and professional salon culture.
About You
You’re a qualified Hairdresser who is passionate about the industry and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
You’ll bring:
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a qualified Hairdresser.
- Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent).
- Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills.
- Confidence working independently with your own clientele.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Passion for ongoing education and keeping up with industry trends.
- Leadership experience, or the desire to mentor and inspire others.
- Experience with hair extensions, keratin treatments or nanoplasty (advantageous but not essential).
