With all of the instability that we have all been experiencing, we need a HAPPY WORK PLACE AND STABILITY!
So, it is important when putting your advertising campaign together to make sure that you are offering this to potential new employees/new work team members, PLUS any other reasons why someone would want to work for you and in your salon/business.
Of course, putting in the rate of pay is also important, as this is of importance to us all.
Gone are the old days of just putting in an ad – just… you must have…it now has to be a win/win, so it is VITAL to ensure that you put your best foot forward, and market yourself to be as appealing as possible, to potential candidates.
