- Weekdays $38.90 per hour | Saturdays $46.90 per hour
- Set Roster | Closed Sundays & Public Holidays

About The Facial Hub
The Facial Hub is a boutique facial studio in Ascot specialising in sculpting-focused treatments and long-term skin health.
Our philosophy is simple: The skin reflects the whole system — not just what’s happening on the surface.
We combine:
- Western precision (understanding skin function, structure, and results).
- Eastern influence (ritual, circulation, nervous system, presence).
Our signature treatments integrate:
- Sculpting facial techniques.
- Sauna + cold plunge.
- Advanced skin support (including spicule peels and SkinPen).
But the difference is this:
We don’t rely on tools, we use them with intention.
The foundation of our work is always hands-on, intelligent facial therapy.

The Role
We’re looking for a Facial Therapist who:
- Has minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Understands that skin is connected to the whole body.
- Values hands-on work just as much as results.
- Takes pride in how a treatment feels — not just how it looks after.
- Can work within a structured, back-to-back schedule without losing presence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering sculpting-focused, customised facials.
- Creating treatments that consider the whole client — not just their skin concern.
- Performing consultations with depth and awareness.
- Supporting long-term skin health (not quick fixes).
- Rebooking and recommending with integrity.
- Maintaining treatment flow and standards.
