An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Senior Hairdresser or Hairdresser to join a highly respected and thriving salon in the vibrant heart of Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Strut Hair & Beauty is a spacious, modern 190m² salon with an established reputation for excellence. Under new ownership, our focus is simple – to support our Stylists in delivering exceptional client experiences, without the pressure of backend administration.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your column and build a loyal clientele within a professional, polished, and inspiring environment.
You will be working with clients who value quality, consistency, and a personalised salon experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring, and styling services.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base.

- Highly experienced Senior Stylist with strong technical ability.
- Confident managing a busy column.
- Passionate about client experience and hairdressing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
