Beauty Therapist – Nourish Spa & Skin Clinic
St Kilda, Melbourne VIC | Permanent or Casual | Minimum 30 Hours Per Week | $34-$36 per hour+ Commissions
Nourish Spa & Skin Clinic is a well-established, highly regarded clinic in the heart of St Kilda, with over 15 years of industry excellence. Known for our loyal clientele, professional reputation, and warm team culture, we are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our close-knit team of two.

- Located on Fitzroy Street, St Kilda VIC.
- Three free car parks inside the building.

- Closed Sundays and Mondays.
💎 What We Offer:
- Casual weekday rate: $34–$36 per hour.
- Minimum 30 guaranteed hours per week (up to 38 hours available).

✨ The Role
This is a hands-on position for a therapist who thrives on delivering exceptional treatments and building strong client relationships.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a wide range of beauty and skin treatments.
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming client experience.
- Managing reception duties when no bookings are scheduled.
- Client follow-up and communication regarding specials and promotions.
- Supporting the smooth daily operations of the clinic.
💆♀️ Required Skills & Experience
You must be confident and experienced in:
- Facials.
- All waxing services.
- Brows & lashes (including tinting).
- Manicures & pedicures.
- Relaxation and deep tissue massage.
- Reception and client management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
- Proven in-clinic experience as a Beauty Therapist.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Overseas applicants considered only if you hold working rights to work in Australia (minimum 1 year).
Highly Regarded (Not Essential):
- Experience using Fresha or similar salon software.
- Experience with spa packages and treatment combinations.
