Senior $35–$40 per hour + Bonuses | $30 per hour for Newly Qualified | Above Award for Apprentices

• Newly Qualified Hairdressers.

What We Offer:

• $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience and capability – Senior role.
• $30 per hour – Newly Qualified.
• Above-award rates for the right candidate – Apprentice role.
• Superannuation, penalty rates and performance bonuses.
• Flexible hours – Full-time, Part-time or Casual.
• No Sundays and no regular late nights.
• Flexibility for occasional Saturdays off.
• Paid education, training and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for hairdressing.
• Is qualified, newly qualified or an advanced 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice.
• Is confident or developing their skills in cutting and colouring.
• Takes pride in their work and client experience.
• Is reliable, professional and eager to learn.
• Enjoys being part of a team and wants to build a long-term career.

For our less-experienced applicants, we’re committed to helping you develop your confidence, technical skills and career. For our experienced Stylists, there’s the opportunity to build a busy column and continue to grow.
