Competitive Pay Rates (Casual Rate of Pay) – Earn per massage:
- $48 (45 mins)
- $58 (60 mins)
- $76 (90 mins)
Work Hours: Weekday evenings and full day Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.

City Cave Balmain is a premium wellness centre designed to provide our guests with a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Our services – including floatation therapy, infrared saunas, and massage – focus on health, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a qualified and dedicated Massage Therapist with a minimum Cert IV in Massage Therapy (Remedial certification is a plus). You’ll enjoy the flexibility of reliable hours, with the chance to work in a supportive, calming environment. At City Cave Balmain, we blend therapeutic massage with cutting-edge wellness treatments like floatation therapy and infrared saunas, allowing you to offer our guests a truly transformative experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Completed Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (Remedial is desirable).
- You’re enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping our guests feel their best.
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- A current National Police Check.
- Business ABN and Massage Association membership preferred.
