Bliss Hair Lane Cove is seeking an experienced Salon Coordinator with a hairdressing background to become the “face” of our beautiful boutique salon.
This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely alongside the salon owner, while still enjoying some hands-on hairdressing without the physical demands of being on the salon floor full-time.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident, proactive and highly professional.
Enjoy:
- $32-$35 per hour plus Superannuation (depending on experience).
- Ideally this is a Full time role, however we may be able to accommodate Part time.
- No late nights.

Your Role
As our Salon Coordinator you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest while helping ensure the salon operates smoothly each day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting every guest warmly and professionally as they arrive.
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to client enquiries.
- Managing the salon’s online booking system and appointment diary.
- Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments.
- Providing great customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both clients and team members.
As this role requires supporting the salon team when needed, you will also:
- Apply colour and tint retouches.
- Perform basin services including shampooing blow drys and treatments.
