About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced therapist who enjoys performing advanced skin treatments, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
Services You Will Be Performing:
- Advanced treatments including facials, chemical peels, skin needling, IPL and LED – HIFU experience will be highly regarded.
- Professional skin consultations and customised treatment plans.
- Beauty services including waxing, brow and lash treatments and tinting.
- Managing bookings, rebookings and client notes using Phorest.
- We value an ethical, clinical approach to sales—focusing on skin health outcomes rather than high-pressure tactics performance bonus and profit-share pathway for the right long-term therapist.
- Maintaining treatment room hygiene, equipment and stock.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified Beauty / Skin Therapist (Cert IV or Diploma minimum).
✔ Minimum 2+ years clinic or salon experience.
✔ Experience in advanced skin modalities including skin needling, peels, IPL or LED and HIFU an advantage.
✔ Experience with Ultraceuticals or similar cosmeceutical ranges.
✔ Skilled in beauty services including waxing, brows and lashes.
✔ Experience with Phorest software is advantageous (training provided).
✔ Strong consultation and client care skills.
✔ Professional, reliable and a genuine team player with a positive attitude.
