Beaches Lash Co. is growing, and we are looking for a highly skilled Lash Extension Artist who can confidently step into a busy column and hit the ground running.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, professional, and friendly team within a well-established lash and brow salon known for delivering a luxury client experience.
The Role
This position is primarily based in Manly, with the option to work from Newport if preferred.
- Flexible hours: 25–38 hours per week.
- Casual position initially.
- Saturday availability is essential (9:00am – 3:00pm).
- Opportunity to grow into a senior or supervisory role for the right candidate.

About You
We are seeking a confident and experienced Lash Artist with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Essential:
- Proven, hands-on lash extension experience (not just certification).
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a full column.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Highly Regarded:
- Previous team leader, supervisory, or managerial experience.
- Additional beauty therapy skills (training can be provided).
