Are you an experienced Hairdresser looking for flexibility, independence and greater earning potential without the financial risk of running your own salon?

Haircare Superstore is looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser / Partner Stylist to take ownership of our salon space in Riverstone.

This is NOT traditional salon employment and NOT Rent-a-Chair. You’ll be employed as a Casual employee with Award entitlements, while having the freedom to choose your availability and build your own clientele.

What We Offer

• $36.81 per hour Monday–Friday + superannuation.
• 25% casual loading included in the $36.81 rate.
• 60% of weekly profit generated from your services.

You Choose Your Hours

There is no fixed weekly roster. You choose how much you want to work and when you’re available.

Your hours can vary from week to week, and we’ll work together to create a booking schedule that suits you and your clients.

We want you to take genuine ownership of the salon space and your clientele.

Build Your Clientele Without the Overheads

You’ll have the freedom to build and manage your own client relationships, rebook clients and showcase your work.

We provide the salon, products, systems and business support – so you can focus on your clients and your craft without the costs and administration of running your own salon.

Your role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Cutting, colouring, styling and treatments.
• Building and retaining your clientele.
• Delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Consultations and rebooking.
• Recommending and selling professional haircare.
• Managing your appointments.
• Processing payments and maintaining client records.
• Maintaining a clean, professional salon.
• Creating social media content and engaging with clients.
• Taking ownership of your salon space and client experience.

Training & Support

You’ll have access to NAK Professional educator training, online education, product and retail training, and support with social media.

We’ll also provide training on our booking system and be available to assist when needed.

About you

We’re looking for an experienced, qualified Hairdresser who:

• Is confident working independently.
• Has strong cutting, colouring and styling skills.
• Takes pride in high-quality work.
• Loves building genuine client relationships.
• Is motivated to build their own clientele.
• Enjoys recommending professional haircare.
• Has good communication and customer service skills.
• Is reliable, organised and self-motivated.
• Is comfortable showcasing their work on social media.
• Wants flexibility, independence and the opportunity to increase their earnings.
