About the role
You will deliver a high standard of beauty and skin treatments while building trust with clients and guiding them through personalised treatment plans. This role suits someone who enjoys both hands-on treatment work and the client journey that leads to excellent retention and rebooking.
Treatments and skills we are especially seeking: IPL, HIFU, Hydrafacial, Skin needling, Chemical peels, Advanced facials.
We would love to hear from therapists who have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in beauty or skin therapy.
- A proven track record of strong client rebooking.
- Confidence in consultation and treatment planning.
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve visible results.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- A team-focused attitude with initiative and maturity.
- Product knowledge of Ultraceuticals, or the willingness to deepen that expertise.
You will stand out if you:
- Are confident recommending treatment programs, not just single appointments.
- Understand how to build long-term client loyalty.
- Can combine warmth and care with commercial awareness.
