About the Role
This is not a traditional beauty therapy role.
At SkinFit, we focus on long-term skin transformation through structured treatment plans. You will play a key role in delivering results by guiding clients through personalised skin journeys.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing advanced skin treatments with a results-driven approach.
- Conducting in-depth consultations and skin assessments.
- Prescribing treatment plans and home care (we don’t “sell”—we prescribe).
- Educating clients on their skin, internal triggers, and long-term outcomes.
- Building strong client relationships to support rebooking and retention.
- Working towards individual and team performance goals.
This role is ideal for a therapist ready to move beyond basic treatments into advanced skin therapy and client transformation.
About You
You are passionate about skin, driven by results, and ready to grow into a high-level skin therapist.
You will ideally have:
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential).
- 1–2+ years clinic experience (advanced experience highly regarded).
- Confidence in skin consultations, treatment planning, recommending home care.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on client outcomes, rebooking, and retention.
- Experience or strong interest in advanced skin treatments (microneedling, HIFU, advanced facials).
- A genuine interest in holistic skin health and understanding root causes.
- A professional, warm, and client-focused approach.
Our Clients
We primarily work with clients aged 35+, focusing on:
- Pigmentation and melasma.
- Ageing and loss of elasticity.
- Acne and skin health concerns.
