Established, thriving salon with loyal clientele, strong systems, and a supportive owner. Ideal for a therapist ready to step into more leadership, or someone seeking stability and lifestyle over hustle.
This role would also suit a Senior Therapist who enjoys supporting others, contributing to the day-to-day operations, and may be open to stepping into increased responsibility in the future.
Excellent hourly rates:
- Up to $38 per hour depending on experience (discussed at interview).
- Saturday rates with penalty loading.
- Competitive commission program in place.

About the Role:
- Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time hours.
- Dedicated Receptionist so you can focus on your clients.
- Work alongside a professional, supportive team where you are genuinely valued.

- Closed Sundays for work–life balance.
- No body massage, manicures, pedicures or lash extensions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Cert IV or Diploma of Beauty Therapy (essential).
- Confidence and experience in facials, facial & body waxing.
- Experience in the following is highly regarded but not essential: Skin Needling, Dermaplaning, HydraFacial skin treatments, IPL Skin Rejuv & Hair removal.
- A professional, caring therapist who values exceptional client experiences and teamwork.
