Instant Laser Clinic is seeking an experienced and confident Dermal Clinician to join our professional and supportive team.
This Casual position offers consistent weekly hours and is ideally suited to a passionate clinician who is committed to delivering results-driven treatments and exceptional client care.

The Opportunity:
- Casual position with consistent hours (15–20 hours per week).
- Competitive hourly rate: $37 – $45, aligned with experience.
- Clinic closed Sundays, supporting genuine work/life balance.
- Free onsite parking available.
- Conveniently located with public transport (bus and tram) directly opposite.
- Based in Kew, Melbourne.
About You
You are a highly skilled Dermal Clinician who combines clinical expertise with a warm, ethical and client-focused approach. You are passionate about skin health, results-driven treatments, and building long-term client relationships through expert consultation and tailored treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a clinical skin environment.
- Diploma of Dermal Therapies (or equivalent).
- Exceptional consultation and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge in skin analysis and customised treatment planning, advanced skin treatments and body contouring, laser and IPL technologies, medical-grade chemical peels.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to clinical protocols.
- A confident, professional and client-centric mindset.
