Position: Senior Hairdresser
Are you ready to bring your skills to a salon that values creativity, flexibility, and work-life balance? At Xpression Hair, we’re looking for a Senior Hairdresser (or a newly Qualified Hairdresser ready to level up!) to join our amazing team of passionate professionals.
What’s in it for YOU?
💰 Competitive Pay: $35 – $40+ per hour + Weekend Penalty Rates + Super + Commissions. We value experience and confidence, but if you’re newly qualified or need a bit of upskilling, we’ll offer a competitive rate and review your pay regularly as your skills progress.
🕓 Work-Life Flexibility: Choose Full-time or Part-time hours with the option for alternate Saturdays. We close at 2:30 PM on Saturdays and are closed Sundays & Mondays so you’ll always have an extra-long weekend.
🎨 Work in a Blonde & Colour Correction Specialist Salon: Get the chance to work with gorgeous hair transformations in a fun, high-energy environment.
About Us
At Xpression Hair, we’re a close-knit team of 5 Senior Hairdressers (including our owner, Linda) who are passionate about hair and delivering top-notch services! We focus on all things cuts, colour, and styling – with a special love for blondes and colour corrections.
We’re a Keune & Eleven salon and provide ongoing training to keep you at the forefront of the latest trends. Our work environment is relaxed, fun, and supportive, and we prioritize work-life balance. We’re open Tuesday to Saturday, with one late-night Thursday (until 8 pm) and a quick 2.30 pm finish on Saturdays.

Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $35 – $40+ per hour + Weekend Penalty Rates + Super + Commissions for experienced Senior Hairdressers.
- Flexibility: Choose Full-time or Part-time, with guaranteed hours and flexibility on days/times. Flexible employment arrangement.
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your 6-month probationary period!
