Salon Manager
Location: WAXD – Carindale – Westfield Shopping Centre, Carindale QLD.
Employment: Full-time (38 hours per week).
What We’re Offering:
- Manager: $40–$45 per hour (depending on experience).

- Hours: 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday with rotation of occasional Sundays as required.

About the Role
We are looking for a Salon Manager to take charge of our Carindale team. This is more than just a management role — it’s an opportunity to run the salon with autonomy, drive business success, and make your mark within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their best every day.
- Oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock control, and salon standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a professional brand image.
- Take ownership of performance outcomes, ensuring business goals are met and exceeded.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to support salon growth and innovation.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager (beauty or customer-focused industry). Ideally you have a background in beauty and proficient in waxing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage rosters, budgets, and stock effectively.
- Commercial mindset with the drive to achieve results and grow the business.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and building a positive, motivated team culture.
