Position Details
Employment Type: Casual (minimum 30 hours per week).
Availability Required:
- Wednesdays & Thursdays (late evenings until 8pm).
- Saturdays.
Location: Ascot, Brisbane QLD.
Future Opportunity: Potential to transition into a permanent role.
The Role
As a key member of The Verve Lounge team, you will:
- Deliver advanced skin rejuvenation treatments including Morpheus8, Lumecca, Forma RF, HIFU, Skin Needling, LED Light Therapy, Oxygen Therapy, advanced clinical facials and peels.
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations and design customised treatment plans.
- Prescribe and recommend premium skincare to optimise client results.
- Educate clients on treatment pathways and at-home skincare regimes.
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury service, professionalism and clinical excellence.
- Thrive in a refined, results-focused environment where client outcomes are paramount.
- Have a passionate and focussed approach to drive sales of both product & treatments and build higher client retention.
Previous experience with these devices is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided for the successful candidate.
About You
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy (with advanced skin expertise).
- Strong knowledge of skin analysis, anatomy and advanced treatments.
- Recent hands-on experience in an advanced skin or dermal therapy role.
- Immaculate presentation and outstanding communication skills.
- A genuine passion for skin health, results and long-term client relationships.
