The Hair Hive – Salon Manager (Senior Hairdresser)
- $40 – $45 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for a highly confident & experienced Salon Manager (Senior Hairdresser) + lucrative commission structure.
- Full time Permanent position, 38 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday.
- OR option NO or alternate Saturdays if preferred (30 hours per week if no Saturday).
- Step into managing an established, cohesive & passionate team, whilst also working on the floor with our clients.
**Position also available for a Senior/Qualified Hairdresser. Choose from Full time or Part time hours, $35 -$40 per hour for confident & experienced Senior Hairdressers. From $30+ per hour for newly qualified.
ABOUT US
Established since 2020 and under new ownership as of July this year we are a creative, passionate and fun team of 4 Seniors, 1 Apprentice, and 1 Salon Coordinator.
We provide all hair services but are especially well known for our colour work as well as our curly hair cutting and styling. We’re a Redken colour salon and are proudly a member of Sustainable Salons Australia.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an outstanding opportunity to Manage an established, motivated and cohesive team. The role will commence at approximately 20% Management duties, and 80% on the floor (colouring, cutting and styling).
Essential Attributes:
- Fully qualified Hairdresser, highly confident in colours, cutting and styling.
- Previous Management experience is highly desired, however candidates who are highly motivated, ambitious and natural leaders will also be considered.
Pay Rate: $40 – $45 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for a highly confident & experienced Salon Manager (Senior Hairdresser).
- Competitive wages can be offered for those with less experience.
- Plus, an outstanding commission structure, where earning an additional $500 per fortnight is easily achievable (we have a large, loyal clientele base).
Hours:
- Full time Permanent position, 38 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday (with 1 late night until 8pm Wednesday & 3pm finish Saturday).
- OR option NO or alternate Saturdays if preferred. (30 hours per week if no Saturday).
Location: 57 Carrington St, Palmyra WA (free all-day onsite parking).
