Are you a passionate Beauty Therapist ready to take the next step into a leadership role?
The Beauty Tribe is looking for a dedicated Salon Manager / Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our salon runs smoothly, ensuring an exceptional client experience while leading a dynamic team.
Location: Albert Park VIC (inner suburb of Melbourne, and only 4 kms from the CBD of Melbourne). Fantastic Location!!!

Your Role as Salon Manager
As the driving force behind our salon, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations – managing bookings, stock, and salon upkeep.
- Leading & motivating the team – fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
- Delivering exceptional client service – ensuring every visit is seamless and welcoming.
- Handling administration – rosters, targets, reporting, and maintaining efficiency.
- Assist with occasional treatments – minimal hands-on work when required.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Beauty Therapist with a passion for the industry.
- Someone with strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills – you thrive on multitasking and attention to detail.
- Experience in salon operations, client bookings, and team management is a plus.
- A love for customer service and creating an amazing client experience.
