Join a highly respected, thriving salon in the vibrant heart of Maroochydore. With an established reputation for excellence, our spacious and modern 190m² salon provides our Stylists with an environment in which to thrive and create beautiful hair.
We have recently added Strut Hair & Beauty to our portfolio of salons, where the Salon Managers are empowered to take ownership of team performance, culture, and client experience. We handle all backend administration, allowing you and the team to focus on delivering the high-quality service we are renowned for.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll balance managing the salon with servicing your own column of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Stylists and Apprentices.
- Deliver exceptional hair services as a Senior/Master Stylist.
- Manage day-to-day salon operations, including rosters and workflow.
- Drive team performance, KPIs, and retail results.
- Ensure every client receives a premium, consistent experience.
- Support training, growth, and development of team members.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and motivated salon culture.
About You:
- Highly experienced Stylist with strong technical ability (cutting, colouring, styling).
- Previous salon leadership or Senior Stylist experience.
- Confident in managing a busy column while leading a team.
- Passionate about client experience and team development.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Driven, reliable, and solutions-focused.
