Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician

Skin & Tonic – Capalaba.

Pay: $38–$48 per hour + incentives & bonuses.

Location: Capalaba, Brisbane QLD.

Skin & Tonic is seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist or Nail Tech to join our Capalaba team. This hands-on role is perfect for a therapist who loves delivering exceptional client care, advanced skin services, gel nails, and quality beauty treatments in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Provide professional skin consultations and personalised treatment plans.

Perform advanced skin treatments, including:

  • Facials, peels, and skin needling.
  • IPL rejuvenation and RF tightening.

Deliver beauty services including:

  • Waxing, lash & brow treatments.
  • Gel nails and nail services, we use Light Elegance gel products.
  • Maintain exceptional client service, retention, and treatment results.
  • Support retail sales, rebooking rates, and KPIs through strong product and treatment knowledge.
  • Uphold Skin & Tonic brand standards in all client interactions and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV, Diploma in Beauty Therapy, or Gel Nail Certificate
  • Recent salon experience, including delivering advanced skin treatments and/or gel nails.
  • Strong knowledge of skin, ingredients, and advanced modalities.
  • Proven ability to support KPIs, retail sales, and rebooking targets.
  • Professional, motivated, and team-focused with excellent communication skills.
